Perks card types
Five digital loyalty cards. No end of ways to use them.
A stamp card is only the start. Perks loyalty cards can count up, count down, prove membership or carry an offer, and you can run several at once. Here is what each one does, what you control, and how other businesses put them to work.
Buy some, get one free
Stamp cards
The digital stamp card, or punch card, that everybody already understands, without the paper. One visit, one stamp. Fill the card, claim the reward, start again.
How it works
- 1A customer collects one stamp per visit, by tapping the tag or having staff scan their card.
- 2You choose how many stamps fill the card and what the reward is.
- 3Add smaller bonus rewards along the way, such as a free extra at stamp three, so nobody gives up early.
- 4When the card is full the reward unlocks, staff redeem it in seconds and a fresh card starts by itself. Extra stamps carry over.
You decide
- Stamps needed
- The reward and its symbol
- Bonus rewards on the way
- How often they can collect
- When rewards expire
- Which branches take part
Ways to use it

Car wash
Five washes, then a free wax
Bakery

Earn, then choose
Points cards
A digital points card with no single finish line. Customers build a balance and spend it on whatever they like from a menu you price yourself, so small treats and big rewards live on one card.
How it works
- 1Every visit adds points. You decide how many.
- 2You build a rewards menu, each item with its own price in points.
- 3Customers spend when they choose. Staff see the balance, pick the reward, and the points come off.
- 4Because there is always something bigger to save for, your best customers keep going.
You decide
- Points per visit
- The rewards menu and prices
- A picture or symbol per reward
- How often they can collect
- When the card expires
- Which branches take part

A card that says they belong
Membership cards
For when the relationship is the product. A digital membership card with your name on it, in their phone, that lasts for as long as you say it does.
How it works
- 1A customer joins and holds a card carrying your brand, their name and how long it is valid.
- 2Make it last forever, or give it a length such as a month or a year. When it lapses they rejoin to start a new one.
- 3Each visit is recorded, so you know which members actually turn up and which have gone quiet.
- 4Send members a surprise gift or a message whenever you like.
You decide
- Membership length, or never expiring
- What the card says and shows
- Your colours, logo and cover image
- Which branches take part

Tickets and passes
A digital pass that counts down instead of up. Sell a block of visits your usual way and let Perks keep count, or issue a single entry to one night only.
How it works
- 1Each customer's ticket holds the number of entries you set.
- 2Every tap or scan uses one. When none are left, the ticket is refused at the door.
- 3Give it an event date, time and venue. They show on the pass, and the ticket expires when the event does.
- 4Cap how many tickets exist, so a room for forty stays a room for forty.
You decide
- Entries per ticket
- Event date, time and place
- How many people can hold one
- Which branches accept it

Discount cards
A digital discount card: an offer people can carry. Unlimited for a group you always look after, or a few uses to win someone over, after which it quietly turns into a loyalty card.
How it works
- 1The customer shows the card, staff scan it, and one use is counted.
- 2Allow unlimited uses, or a fixed number such as the first three visits.
- 3Limit how many people can hold it, which makes 'first hundred customers' an honest promise.
- 4Name a follow-on card. When the last use is spent, the customer moves onto it automatically.
You decide
- What the offer is
- Uses per customer, or unlimited
- How many people can hold it
- The card they move to afterwards
- Which branches accept it

Stamps and Membership
Everyone, and the inner circle
A stamp card for anyone who walks in, and a member card for the people who pay to belong. Same counter, same tag.
Tickets and Points
The class and the café
A ten-class pass for the studio and a points card for the juice bar beside it. One customer, two reasons to come back.
Every plan includes every card type; bigger plans let you run more cards at once. Compare plans
